Aries/Conlon Capital has arranged a $31.5 million five-year, floating rate loan on behalf of Accesso Partners, LLC to refinance Riverwalk Phase II located at 2100 E. Lake Cook Road in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. The Class A 258,995 square foot office building serves as the corporate headquarters for majority tenant CVS Caremark.

Riverwalk Phase II is a Class A office building located within Chicago’s North suburban submarket and is currently 75% occupied with anchor tenants including CVS Caremark and PrimeSource Healthcare. The 12-story property located within immediate proximity of Interstates 94 and 294, between Chicago and Milwaukee, has a fitness center, conference room, deli and is surrounded by retail, lodging, entertainment and dining amenities, including a full-service Westin Hotel and Conference Center across the street.
