Paula is SVP of Originations at Mag Mile Capital and is based in the greater Metropolitan area of Boston, MA. In her leadership role, she brings more than 30 years of experience and $5 billion of commercial real estate financings transactions to the Mag Mile Capital Originations team. Her well known track record of success in relationship and business development, debt structuring, public and private REIT lending, and Fund-level lending, and loan syndications across all major real estate asset classes is a major contribution to our firm. She is responsible for developing debt and equity placement opportunities not only concentrated in the East Coast and New England regions, but also nationwide.
Prior to joining Mag Mile Capital, Paula was a Senior Relationship Manager at Cambridge Trust, Commerce Bank and a top-earning producer in TD Bank’s Corporate and Specialties Real Estate Group in Boston. Before she was accepted into the formal credit training program at Bank of New England, she worked for a small residential custom home builder in Boston throughout her college years.
Paula began her real estate career as a residential sales broker at the age of 18 and was awarded “Rookie of the Year” for Merrimack Valley that year.
