Prabhat is a VP, Head of Underwriting & Senior Originator at Mag Mile Capital and is based in Chicago, IL.  He is responsible for originating, underwriting and packaging client transactions for lender review, as well as evaluating new investment opportunities. Since joining the firm’s predecessor Aries Capital in 2014, he has been involved in over $500 million of successful financing executions for hotels, multifamily and retail properties nationwide.

Prior to Aries Capital, Prabhat held finance internships with Group One Trading, L.P. and Morgan Stanley in New York, as well as SAC Capital Advisors in Stamford, CT and Cap Gemini S.A. in Chicago, IL.

Prabhat honed his knowledge of the hospitality industry working within a portfolio of successful hotels and restaurants in the Chicago area, including managing an extensive banquet and catering operation.

Prabhat earned a BS from New York University with majors in Finance and Management. He also completed international studies programs in Prague and Singapore.

Prabhat is active in the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA) and is a member of ICSC.
